This Tuesday's theme was "Creepy Crawlies". thankfully, it was Brandi's week this time. My kids don't have on their camp shirts because trying to keep up w/ laundry in this house right now is insane and impossible. This was the catepillar race!

this was yesterday - really the worst it was. there was wallpaper in the kitchen, so of course, there had to be removal and texturing. what a mess.
the new tile in the breakfast area. the wood trim on the bottom won't be painted until July - our painter is about to go to ny for 3 weeks. doors won't be replaced until then also....popcorn won't be removed until then also.
I am standing in the entry way taking this. wood floors. nice and clean.

My nephews are in town for 2 weeks for kids' college. we always look forward to this time every summer. It is so fun to get to spend so much time w/ them. this year has been a little nuts of course w/ all the stuff at our house, but we have had fun seeing them here and there. last night we took them to a Go Fish concert. Reese loves both the boys so much, but she has been particularly attached to Duncan during this visit :-)
