Before a fun "Superhero" Party for Reese's friend, Ryan
This week's recipe was "Poppy Seed Chicken". As Cody said, it tasted a whole lot better than it looked. 
We had a Mercy Watson party today. Mercy is a character in a series of books that the girls LOVE. They will practically fall over laughing at these stories. Marin and Bennett like to read them on their own, but I like to read them to them just to hear all the laughing. So, they each invited a couple of friends over to do some pig crafts....painting pigs, making pig puppets, eating lunch, decorating cupcakes. It was fun - since they have already been out of school for about 3 weeks now, they loved seeing their friends again. Anyway - these were the invitations prior to Marin writing the party info on them.
