Snow Day. The girls love it. I do not. Living in Kansas ruined me I think....going weeks on end without getting above freezing....I just don't like cold weather anymore! We also are having what is probably a major plumbing issue - probably a slab leak, but the plumbers couldn't figure it out for sure because of the snow! Seriously...we never have snow and even when we do, it is never around past noon. So, we go into day two of not having water in the house.....yikes.
They set themselves all up this morning and then asked me to take their picture.
They later made room for Reese....not surprisingly, she got herself in the middle.

Marin got these two lizard things from the "catcha" box at school. She got home and made them this elaborate house complete w/ a pond and food and a roof - she even keeps a plastic fork nearby to clean it out for them.

The newspaper had a story about our weather. For the first time since records began being kept in 1888, Wichita will offcially go through a winter where the temperature never touched 60.
