Reese's last day of school for 2009 was a Pajama Day...I thought she was so adorable.

Later that day, my mom took the girls and I to the museum to see all the Christmas things and also for an afternoon tea. Yes, Reese wore the pajamas. It wasn't worth arguing about.

After the hayrides and kettle corn at our church, some friends came over and we all had smores. This has become one of our favorite Christmas traditions - it was fun to have friends w/ us this year. The five of us had smores again on Christmas Eve after our service at church. Yummy.

The girls spent the night w/ my parents and they worked on a little Christmas story telling. They shared it w/ us last Tuesday night - that was when we had Christmas w/ my parents. Marin read the Christmas story while Bennett and Reese worked behind her putting all the people in their places. There were some arguments, but everyone eventually got to the stable.

Mom and Dad gave Reese a BUNCH of dress up clothes for Christmas - this was one of the fancy hats. She loves all of it so much.

Queen Reese

This is probably her favorite.

Marin and Cody made a swing for her American Girl, Maggie - it was cute.

On Christmas Eve the only presents that get opened are the ones the girls give to each other. Actually, that is a tradition from my family - my brother and I used to do that. Anyway, this year they were all about the "grown up" Dora dolls.

Christmas morning. We came clean w/ the girls this year about Santa, so it was a total relief to not have to mess w/ any of that this year.
